Join Us as a Moderator
We are looking for a Moderator to help facilitate discussions, events, and online forums within the EWD community. As a Moderator, you will play a key role in creating a safe, welcoming, and engaging space for women and youth to connect, share ideas, and support one another.
Key Responsibilities:
• Guide conversations and ensure respectful, inclusive dialogue
• Support community members by answering questions and providing resources
• Help organize and manage online and in-person events
• Report feedback and insights to the EWD team to improve community engagement
Who We’re Looking For:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passion for empowering women and youth
• Experience in community management, facilitation, or related fields is a plus
